this soup is wonderful in the fall summer spring or winter. Perfect for getting up your engery. Even when you have had a little to many drinks the night before. give it a try, my one yr old daughter loves it

Ingredients
  • 2 large zuccinni ( cut )
  • 2 large fresh yellow corn ( Broke in 3 peices)
  • 1 fresh large green pepper (Cut any way you like)
  • 1 fresh large red pepper (cut any way you like)
  • 2 fresh large heads of broccolli ( cut)
  • 3 lbs of fresh large shrimp with heads still on them( the heads add the flavor to your soup, but you brake them off when eating . Do not shell the shrimp untill you have it cooked and in your bowl.
  • half package of frozen corn
  • half package of frozen green beans
  • 1 package of shrimp bollion 3.1 oz
  • 3 packages of malher
  • 2 packages of maggi creamy seafood soup mix

Directions
  1. ok lets get started
  2. get the biggest soup pot in the house
  3. fill about 3/4 full of water
  4. put on stove high heat
  5. add shrimp bollion, both packages of maggi creamy seafood soup mix, and all 3 pakes of malher
  6. put all 3 lbs of shrimp in pot stir
  7. cut all your veggies, corn, zuccinni,red and green peppers, broccolli, frozen corn, green beans, put all in one bowl
  8. now pour all the veggies in pot stir.
  9. after you add veggies if you can add a little water go ahead leave one inch from top
  10. put lid on pot reduce heat to just above med.
  11. let simmer for 1 hour and a half
  12. stir and check often so it does not over flow and all shrimp are cooked
  13. when shrimp are red and veggies are soft in center soup is finished dip in, i hope you enjoy
  14. .
