Hash Brown Scallops

- 1 lb. bag thawed country style hashbrowns shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 16 oz sour cream shopping list
- 1 med. white onion chopped small shopping list
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onions in 1 Tablespoon butter until tender.
- Add soup and cheese and continue cooking until cheese is melted and remove from heat.
- Mix in sour cream.
- Place thawed hashbrowns in a 9x13 baking dish and cover with soup mixture.
- Top with cornflakes and little pats of remaining butter.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
