Great Thanksgiving left over recipe that also is good with left over chicken. Easy, warm and so good!

Ingredients
  • 3 c water
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 c uncooked wild rice, rinsed
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 c cooked turkey, chopped
  • 2 c shredded fresh spinach

Directions
  1. Combine water, broth, soup, rice and seasonings in crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Before serving, stir in chicken and spinach.

We tried it and it is yummy,Im not a big lover of thyme wonder what else i could use maybe garlic? Any way even my spinach hating boyfriend ate it. good stuff!!!
