How to make it

  • In medium bowl combine all ingedients except won ton wrappers
  • Place 1 tablespoon turkey mix in center of each wrapper
  • Bring corners of wrapper together around filling pressing into pleats around the filling
  • Flatten bottom
  • Keep covered with damp paper towel until ready to steam
  • Place shao mai in steamer allowing enough room for steam to circulate around the shoa mai.
  • Cover and steam 15 minutes until turkey is no longer pink
  • Serve hot with your favorite asian dipping sauces like sweet and sour, soy sauce, plum sauce.
  • makes about 3 dozen

    These sound wonderful, Youtoo. I used the same cooking method to make Pork Dumplings just 2 days ago -- but I'm anxious to try these ones!
