How to make it

  • Boil chicken with salt, pepper and pultry seasoning until done
  • Remove chicken from broth and let cool, when cool pull chicken apart into pieces size of your liking
  • Roll out canned biscuits into dumpling strips add a little flour to keep from sticking
  • Make sure your broth is at a low boil, add dumplin strips about 6-8 at a time, add part of your chicken
  • Add 1 can of cream of mushroom mix well with broth
  • Add more dumplins and chicken and the last can of cream of mushroom reduce to low heat add lid to pot for about 3-4 minutes and your done!

    I always used Bisquick or a Generic baking mix. This may make moister dumplings. Sounds good!
