3 Cheese Chicken

- 4 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 bonesless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- garlic powder to taste shopping list
- onion to taste shopping list
- 1 medium onion, diced shopping list
- 1-14.5 ounce can of Italian stewed tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 cup spredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated romano cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- When oil is hot, add chicken and sauté for 3 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken.
- Sauté onions in pan for 3-5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and chicken broth and cook for about 8 minutes to blend flavors.
- Return chicken to pan and stir to combine.
- In a bowl, mix cheeses.
- Sprinkle over chicken.
- Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
