Ingredients

1/3 cup Molasses

3 tablespoons Steak Sauce (A1)

1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Yellow Rice (Mahatma)

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, set aside.

Heat a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.

Add pork, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir and cook 2 minutes or until browned.

Pour molasses mixture over pork and simmer about 5 minutes, uncovered.

Serve over yellow rice.
