Baked Pecan Chicken

- 1 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsely shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 4 skinned chicken breasts shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
- Beat egg whites. Dip chicken in your egg whites and place in the pecan mix to coat.
- Arrange on a lightly greased backing sheet.
- Oven temperature: 400˚F
