Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsely
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 skinned chicken breasts

Directions
  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Beat egg whites. Dip chicken in your egg whites and place in the pecan mix to coat.
  3. Arrange on a lightly greased backing sheet.
  4. Oven temperature: 400˚F
