Spaghetti Prosciutto and Stilton

- 1 package spaghetti (1 lb) shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 lb prosciutto, diced shopping list
- 1 1/2 c heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 lb Stilton cheese, crumbled (or gorgonzola) shopping list
- 1/3 c grated romano cheese shopping list
- fresh parsley for garnish shopping list
- 2 green onions, sliced, for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spaghetti in large pot of salted boiling water until cooked to your preference.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil and add the prosciutto; cook to warm not crisp.
- Add the cream and bring to a simmer.
- Crumble in the Stilton and stir until thickened.
- Pour over spaghetti and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle parsley and green onions over top to serve.
