How to make it

  • Cook spaghetti in large pot of salted boiling water until cooked to your preference.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil and add the prosciutto; cook to warm not crisp.
  • Add the cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Crumble in the Stilton and stir until thickened.
  • Pour over spaghetti and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle parsley and green onions over top to serve.
