Pork Tenderloin Stroganoff

- 2 1/4 lb pork tenderloin, cubed shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- 1 pkg fresh sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/4 c butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp flour shopping list
- 1 c beef broth shopping list
- 1/2 c white wine shopping list
- 1 c sour cream shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp coarse grind pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard shopping list
- 2 tsp paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Add onions and mushrooms and saute until tender.
- Add the pork and brown.
- Sprinkle with flour and cook about 2 minutes.
- Add the broth, wine, and sour cream.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, mustard, and paprika.
- Simmer for another 30 minutes or so.
- Serve over egg noodles.
- Yum!
