Pork Tenderloin Stroganoff Recipe
This goes great over egg noodles or rice. A great family dinner!

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
  • 2 onions
  • 1 pkg fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 c beef broth
  • 1/2 c white wine
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coarse grind pepper
  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp paprika

Directions
  1. Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Add onions and mushrooms and saute until tender.
  2. Add the pork and brown.
  3. Sprinkle with flour and cook about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the broth, wine, and sour cream.
  5. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add salt, pepper, mustard, and paprika.
  7. Simmer for another 30 minutes or so.
  8. Serve over egg noodles.
  9. Yum!
