Memphis Rub

This delicious, and invigorating rub will awaken and bring out the best of any piece of meat.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup paprika shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 1 tbsp white sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp monosodium glutamate (msg) shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper, (to taste) shopping list
- 1 tsp celery salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the ingredients and place into a small, airtight container. Seal and store in a dark, cool place until ready to use.
