Rhubarb Slush

- 16 cups rhubarb shopping list
- 3 quarts water shopping list
- 3 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 can of frozen citrus concentrate shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the rhubarb and water till the rhubarb becomes mushy.
- Strain juice into a clean pot and add sugar while it is still hot or reheat.
- Now mix in remainder of the ingredients well.
- Freeze in ice cream pale and use as needed.
