How to make it

  • Boil the rhubarb and water till the rhubarb becomes mushy.
  • Strain juice into a clean pot and add sugar while it is still hot or reheat.
  • Now mix in remainder of the ingredients well.
  • Freeze in ice cream pale and use as needed.
