Rhubarb Slush Recipe
Excellent for the kids and add a bit of your favorite Alcohol and make a great summer slushy cocktail

Ingredients
  • 16 cups rhubarb
  • 3 quarts water
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 can of frozen citrus concentrate

Directions
  1. Boil the rhubarb and water till the rhubarb becomes mushy.
  2. Strain juice into a clean pot and add sugar while it is still hot or reheat.
  3. Now mix in remainder of the ingredients well.
  4. Freeze in ice cream pale and use as needed.
