Made this for something different to take to a surprise party. It was a hit. It's a slushy type drink.

Ingredients
  • 9 c rhubarb
  • 5 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice
  • 1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade
  • 2 c. brandy or vodka
  • 7 UP, 50-50, or white soda

Directions
  1. Put rhubarb in blender or food prcessor, chop a minute or two
  2. Put in kettle with 5 c. water,cook till good and mushy
  3. Strain well, save juice and discard the pulp.
  4. Add the sugar, mix.
  5. Add orange juice, lemonade and liquor, mix well
  6. Place in plastic ice cream bucket, freeze.
  7. To serve mix equal parts frozen mix and soda.
