Poppy Seed Muffins

Got this recipe years ago when I worked at the flower shop. It's been a favorite muffin recipe ever since. A sweet, moist muffin, great with tea or coffee.
Ingredients
- 2 c. flour shopping list
- 1/4 c. poppy seeds shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. soda shopping list
- 1/2 c. margarine shopping list
- 3/4 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 c. sour cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the first 4 ingredients, set aside
- Cream the margarine and sugar until light.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time
- Add the sour cream and vanilla
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet.
- Bake in a greased 12 muffin tin at 375 degrees for 20 min.
- Cool 5 min.
- Remove from tin
