Poppy Seed Muffins Recipe

	Catl8dy / All my dishes 2 years, 2 months ago Got this recipe years ago when I worked at the flower shop. It's been a favorite muffin recipe ever since. A sweet, moist muffin, great with tea or coffee. Prep:15m Cook:20m Servings:12	Catl8dy

Ingredients

2 c. flour

1/4 c. poppy seeds

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. soda

1/2 c. margarine

3/4 c. sugar

2 eggs

3/4 c. sour cream

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Combine the first 4 ingredients, set aside

Cream the margarine and sugar until light.

Beat in the eggs one at a time

Add the sour cream and vanilla

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet.

Bake in a greased 12 muffin tin at 375 degrees for 20 min.

Cool 5 min.

Remove from tin
