How to make it

  • Combine the first 4 ingredients, set aside
  • Cream the margarine and sugar until light.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time
  • Add the sour cream and vanilla
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet.
  • Bake in a greased 12 muffin tin at 375 degrees for 20 min.
  • Cool 5 min.
  • Remove from tin
