1 large head of cauliflower cut in bite size pieces
10 green onions, chopped (including tops)
1 10 oz package frozen green peas
1 8 oz container sour cream
1 8 oz jar salad dressing
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Mix together bacon, cauliflower, green onions and unthawed peas. Beat together sour cream and salad dressing. Add sugar. Pour over cauliflower mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate 3 hours. Just before serving, add the cheese and toss to mix.
Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
