How to make it

  • 1. Peel apples and thinly slice. Reserve.
  • 2. Cut the puff pastry into 6 - 5 inch rounds. Place rounds on ungreased cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 3. Dust pastry rounds with a little flour and cinnamon. Evenly distribute apple slices to each round, arranging in a circlar pattern.
  • 4. Bake at 375 F for about 25 minutes.
