Very refreshing and delightful dessert to serve the berry lovers in your family. Can also substitute blackberries, strawberries or raspberries.

Marinate berries in kirsch and chill. Beat cream stiff gradually adding sugar. Mix lightly with the berries then chill thoroughly and serve in tall thin glasses.
