Almond Cream

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 3 egg yolks beaten shopping list
- 1 cup browned ground almonds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve cornstarch in the cream and cook until it thickens a little then add egg yolks and sugar which have been beaten together and cook until thick.
- Cool cream to room temperature and then chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
- When cream is cold add extracts and nuts.
