Glazed Plantains

- 2 ripe plantains peeled shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon canola oil shopping list
- 4 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons pineapple juice shopping list
- whipped topping shopping list
How to make it
- Slice plantains diagonally 1/4" thick and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cook in hot oil over medium heat turning often until lightly browned about 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sugar then add juice and reduce heat to low.
- Cook turning often until plantains are golden about 5 minutes.
- Top with whipped topping.
