Pepperoni Cheddar Biscuits Recipe
These delightful biscuits are good anytime of the day. Great for breakfast or brunch, great as a side to a salad and great as a snack or even as an appetizer. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons cold butter cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 pound pepperoni crumbled
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
  2. Cut in butter using pastry knife until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add buttermilk and stir just enough to form a ball.
  4. Fold in pepperoni and cheese then drop heaping tablespoonfuls on baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 450 for 12 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
