  • 1 (8oz) carton lemon yogurt, low-fat
  • 1 1/2c frozen whipped topping, fat-free, thawed
  • 1 1/2c raspberries
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and processs until smooth.
  2. Serving size: 1 cup; 144 calories; 4 % from fat.
