Ingredients
  • CRUST
  • 1-1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (or I like to use Spanish Cookies)
  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • CAKE
  • 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 oz Chocolate Chips

Directions
  1. CRUST
  2. Mix crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom & up the sides of 9-inch spring form pan.
  3. CAKE
  4. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla & lemon zest with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler and mix with a small amount of the batter.
  6. Add your chocolate batter to the vanilla batter and lightly stir.
  7. Bake at 325°F for 55 minutes or until center is almost set, loosen cake from side of pan; cool before removing side of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours
