Ingredients

CRUST

1-1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (or I like to use Spanish Cookies)

1/3 cup Butter

CAKE

4 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened

1 cup Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoon Lemon Zest

4 eggs

6 oz Chocolate Chips

Directions

CRUST

Mix crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom & up the sides of 9-inch spring form pan.

CAKE

Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla & lemon zest with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.

Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler and mix with a small amount of the batter.

Add your chocolate batter to the vanilla batter and lightly stir.

Bake at 325°F for 55 minutes or until center is almost set, loosen cake from side of pan; cool before removing side of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours
