Mediterranean Pasta with Zucchini

- 8oz penne or ziti pasta, uncooked shopping list
- 1 (14 1/2oz) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano shopping list
- 1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained shopping list
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced shopping list
- 2T ripe olives, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
- While pasta cooks, combine tomatoes and remaining ingredients in a large skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
- Spoon tomato mixture over drained pasta.
- Serving size: 2 cups; 363 calories; 9% from fat.
