How to make it

  • Cream butter and both sugars.
  • Stir in egg, peanut butter and vanilla.
  • Combine dry ingredients then add to sugar mixture. Stir to form soft dough.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls then roll in sugar.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Makes about 5 dozen.
