Ingredients

How to make it

  • Blend the milk and the peanut butter. I used about 4-6 TBSP peanut butter and enough milk to almost cover it in the blender
  • Blend until fairly uniform with tiny pieces of the peanut butter floating around
  • Add blueberries and splenda
  • Blend again until nice and thick. This doesn't take very long!
  • Pour out into a bowl and eat with a spoon. It's very thick, and a nice afternoon snack on a hot day or a great quick breakfast ^_^

^_^ Thanks! It really is a tasty treat. Much healthier than a regular dessert, the only added sugars are whatever's in the almond milk (which is fairly low)...very sweet and very peanut buttery yummy goodness!! oh, btw--you don't even need the splenda. I've tried it with and without, both ways are tasty and sweet!
