Blueberry Something Yummy Recipe

Blueberry Something Yummy Recipe
I just blended up these ingredients today and the result was this fantastic rich and thick fruit type glob that was a bit softer than ice cream, but didn't melt as quick as ice cream....yummmm

Ingredients
  • Smuckers All Natural Peanut butter (the kind with salt in it, check the label!)
  • Almond Milk
  • Blueberries-frozen solid
  • 1 TBSP Splenda

Directions
  1. Blend the milk and the peanut butter. I used about 4-6 TBSP peanut butter and enough milk to almost cover it in the blender
  2. Blend until fairly uniform with tiny pieces of the peanut butter floating around
  3. Add blueberries and splenda
  4. Blend again until nice and thick. This doesn't take very long!
  5. Pour out into a bowl and eat with a spoon. It's very thick, and a nice afternoon snack on a hot day or a great quick breakfast ^_^

Anything described as a "glob" gets my thumbs up!

^_^ Thanks! It really is a tasty treat. Much healthier than a regular dessert, the only added sugars are whatever's in the almond milk (which is fairly low)...very sweet and very peanut buttery yummy goodness!! oh, btw--you don't even need the splenda. I've tried it with and without, both ways are tasty and sweet!
