Cheesy Spinach Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups spinach cooked as usual

cheddar cheese

salt and pepper

cheese sauce

4-6 prepared pancakes

Directions

cook spinach as always

make a cheese sauce from:

2 tsp flour, 2 tsp melted butter mixed while on stove

add milk about a cup full

keep stirring until thick

add about half cup of cheese

mix well

keep some aside and add some to spinach

put tablespoon full on pancake and fold over

put some of sauce over each of folded pancake and serve
