Warm Lobster Dip

- 16 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 2 cups lobster meat, Maine lobster if you can get it shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon horseradish shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- hot sauce to taste shopping list
- milk, as needed to thin shopping list
How to make it
- Soften cream cheese.
- Cut lobster into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl mix cream cheese, lobster meat, onion, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
- Add milk to thin to desired consistency.
- Place into an oven-safe dish.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours to allow flavors to marry.
- Bake, uncovered, a 375° for 25 minutes, until bubbly.
