How to make it

  • In large stockpot, heat oil and saute celery and carrot for a few minutes.
  • Stir in broth and turn up heat to bring to a boil.
  • Add tortellini and cook until soft.
  • Stir in chicken and cook until heated.
  • Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with grated parmesan.
  • Serve with crusty Italian bread and salad.
