  • 2 large hard-boiled eggs *
  • 1/2c cup mayo*
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh chives*
  • Salt and Pepper to taste*(Celtic Sea Salt)
  • Butter*
  • * marks if Organic can be substituted
  • ________

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Spread each slice with butter (top and bottom)
  3. Then spread egg mixture
