Tuna Tea Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

6 oz can of tuna (I use water but in oil is best)

12 slices of whole wheat bread (I use Ezekiel but whole wheat best taste)

1 tsp dried thyme

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

3 tbsp mayo

2 tbsp chives (fresh)

1/2 tsp juice from a lemon

salt and pepper to taste ( I use Celticsalt , but regular salt ok)

Directions

In a bowl, mix tuna, mayo, and lemon juice well

Stir int eh thyme, celery and chives and season with the salt and pepper

Layer bread slices - cutting off the crust - You can use a cookie cutter for neat little designs too
