Ingredients
  • 3 slices soft bread, broken in pieces
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef or meat loaf mixture
  • Optional:
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped into small pieces
  • As much garlic as you like!
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, shucked

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix the first four ingredients together. Also add whatever else you like in your meatloaf.
  3. Stir in the hamburger.
  4. Form into a loaf and placee in a 9-inch loaf pan
  5. Bake 1 hour.
  6. Tuckaway Meatloaf
  7. When forming the loaf, tuck in 3 hard-cooked eggs along the center.
