Zesty Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts

- 6 boneless and skinless chicken half breast fillets shopping list
- 2 tsp. lemon pepper shopping list
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise shopping list
- 12 oz. plain dry bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Place bread crumbs and lemon pepper seasoning in a small plastic bag, shake to mix.
- Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
- Add chicken to bread crumb mixture one piece at a time, shaking to coat.
- Place chicken on heat proof baking pan, lightly oiled or sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate chicken 15 minutes while preheating oven to 400.
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until no pink remains.
