How to make it

  • Place bread crumbs and lemon pepper seasoning in a small plastic bag, shake to mix.
  • Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
  • Add chicken to bread crumb mixture one piece at a time, shaking to coat.
  • Place chicken on heat proof baking pan, lightly oiled or sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate chicken 15 minutes while preheating oven to 400.
  • Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until no pink remains.
