Ingredients

4 good-sized peaches or use 8 canned-peach halves

2 cups sugar

4 cups orange juice

1/4 cup lemon juice

3/4 cup apricot brandy

Directions

Peel fresh peaches, cut into haves, and remove pits.

Then cut into small cubes( or use canned peaches as directed above & cut into cubes)

Add sugar and stir well.

Add orange and lemon juice

Stir, then add 1/4 cup of brandy

Mix all ingred. well and freeze

Serve with 1 Tbsp. of apricot brandy floated on top.

Serves 8
