Mini Jack O Lantern Pizzas Recipe

Ingredients

6 english muffins

4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

2 green onions, minced

1-15 ounce can pitted black olives, drained

Directions

Preheat broiler.

Split muffins and arrange, cut side up, onto a baking sheet.

In a bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise and onions.

Mix well.

Spread equal amounts of cheese mixture onto muffin halves.

Broil 4-inches away from heat for 2 minutes, or until bubbly.

Remove from oven.

Cut olives into shapes for eyes, nose and mouth and arrange onto each muffin half.

Not just good for halloween..don't celebrate it...but this could be just fun as smiley faces with the grandkids..You could tell them that this is how they make you feel, like smiling...thanks for the idea jale.
