- 1 pound ground sirloin shopping list
- 1/2 pound hot sausage, taken out of casing shopping list
- 2 cups chopped sweet onion shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons minced garlic shopping list
- 1 cup chopped green peppers shopping list
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce, try Ragú® 6-cheese shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 3 teaspoons sugar shopping list
- 2-14 1/2 ounce cans diced chili-style tomatoes shopping list
- 1 cup diced pepperoni shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons beef bullion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chili powder shopping list
- 2 14-1/2 ounce cans dark red kidney eans, rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons chipolte chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- mozzarella cheese to garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In a large stock pot, sauté ground beef, sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Add all other ingredients, except cheese, into the pot.
- Stir to mix well.
- Bring to a boil and simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
