Micrwave Potato Chips

- potatoes shopping list
- salt or other spices, I use kosher salt shopping list
How to make it
- Slice potatoes very thin, 1-2 mm. thick. I use a slicer.
- Spread sliced potatoes in a single layer on parchment paper on a microwave safe plate.
- Srinkle with salt or other desired seasonings.
- Microwave 5 min. on high, or adjust to your taste and microwave.
- Chips crisp as they cool, we like ours slightly browned so they crisp up nicely, too pale and they may not crisp, practice with your own til you get them how you like them!! Enjoy!
