Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

I modified a recipe that was a clone of an Olive Garden dish to come up with this variation of my own.

Sautee the spinach with garlic in butter. Add the chopped artichoke hearts and cream cheese, and heat until the cream cheese is melted. Mix in the Parmesan, salt/pepper, and Tabasco sauce (I don't measure it - I just put in a bunch).
This can be made ahead to this point and refrigerated. When you are ready to serve it, I put it in the oven at 350 for about 20-30 minutes to heat it back up and brown the top.

I would guess that this would serve 8-10, but I'm not sure. It makes about 3 cups - I'm guessing a 1/4 cup serving size would be a good guess, but maybe less? I don't know what the original recipe even said. Sorry I couldn't help more!

hi! this is kinda how i figured how to make it...on my own..lol but i am making this for a Christmas party for work..& i was wondering, what is the Yeild on this recipe?? How many will it feed??!! lol
