Very quick dish, very easy for working folks to put together to serve friends and family. This was served by our dear friend Elaine at a recent gathering of friends, and we all loved it.

Ingredients
  • Angel food cake, pre-made
  • Your berries of choice, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.
  • Vanilla yogurt

Directions
  1. Break up angel food cake into the bottom of an 8 x 8 pan.
  2. Cover with berries of your choice such as blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. Just before serving spread vanilla yogurt over the top.
