Stuffed Dates with Sea Salt

- 1 (approx 8 oz) package medjool dates, pitted shopping list
- 4 oz mascarpone cheese shopping list
- A few teaspoons of high quality extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- Fleur de sel shopping list
How to make it
- Pit the dates and use your finger or the end of a spoon to bore out a little "canal" in the middle of each.
- Pipe the mascarpone into a pastry bag, or a disposable plastic bag with one tip cut off.
- Fill each date with mascarpone and arrange on serving tray.
- Drizzle olive oil over dates, and top with a sprinkle of fleur de sel.
