How to make it

  • In a saucepan, heat beans over medium-low heat.
  • Stir in cream until mixture is creamy, but not too runny or too thick.
  • Add garlic powder and salsa.
  • Mix well and stir in mozzarella cheese.
  • Let simmer over low for 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour into a bowl, top with cheddar and tomatoes.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or make full-blown nachos!!!
