How to make it

  • heat oil in a large non stick skillet over medium high heat
  • add steak sprinkle with the oregano
  • cook 3 to 4 minutes truning steak after 2 minutes to brown both sides
  • add onion and garlic to skillet
  • continue cooking for 3 minutes
  • add peppers
  • cook stirring occasionally until peppers are tender and steak is medium rare
  • remove steak from skillet
  • slice steak thinly
  • season to taste with salt and pepper
  • retrun steak to skillet
  • mix lightly with vegatables
  • fill hogies with meat mixture
  • top with cheese
  • enjoy
