How to make it

  • Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, and spread on both sides with 1/2 cup yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup yogurt with cucumber and mint; mix well and refrigerate. When ready to eat, broil chicken 6" from heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and thoroughly cooked. Serve with cucumber sauce
