  • 2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
  • 2 3 Muskateers MINT Chocolate bars (Frozen!)

  2. ADD dry pudding mix; beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Refrigerate 20 min. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes.
  3. REFRIGERATE until ready to serve. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  4. CHOP 3 Muskateers bars in a blender until about the size of chocolate chips. Sprinkle candy bar pieces on top of mousse. Add some dark chocolate shavings for added oomph!

I didn't even know they had mint three musketeer bars. But this does sound yummy, I would like it with homemade pudding that way I wouldn't feel so guilty.

The Mint 3 Muskateers taste a bit like a York Peppermint Patty, but yummier :) (And home made pudding would probably taste better, also!)
