Creamy Caramel Sauce

- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 16 large marshmallows shopping list
- 1/8 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- 1 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.
- Stir in sugar, marshmallows, corn syrup and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then lower heat and continue to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. (Very important step!)
- Stir in evaporated milk and vanilla.
- Store leftover sauce in the fridge.
