How to make it

  • Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.
  • Stir in sugar, marshmallows, corn syrup and salt.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, then lower heat and continue to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. (Very important step!)
  • Stir in evaporated milk and vanilla.
  • Store leftover sauce in the fridge.
