A crisp twist to an old sauce. easy to make and enjoyed by the taste buds. :)

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 T. minced fresh dill or dill weed (1 1/2 T. if using dried)
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions
  1. Beat eggs
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and beat until blended
  3. Makes about 1 cup

You don't state how this sauce is used. Obviously the eggs need to cook so do I pour over my fish and bake? Or have I missed something here?
