This is an easy and simple receipe. However, the cake it produces is delicious.

Ingredients
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 3 cups of grandulated sugar
  • 3 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract (optional)

Directions
  1. cream butter, eggs and sugar together
  2. mix flour, salt and powder together in a separate bowl
  3. gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture
  4. once both mixture are well blend - pour into a well-greased
  5. and flour pan for approximately 50 minutes - depending on your oven may take 60 minutes
