Mary And Titos Salsa

- 2 pickled, stemmed and seeded shopping list
- jalapenos and a little juice from the jalapenos shopping list
- 1/2 C. chopped onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 C. chopped, fresh cilantro (a must) shopping list
- 1 14 oz. can peeled tomatoes w/juice, chopped fine shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Chop the first four ingredients together, then add the tomatoes and chop. I find that if I chop everything together in the Cuisinart, it gets foamy.
- All our markets here have fresh cilantro, but if you are located where there isn't a large Spanish population, or Mexican markets, try Oriental markets....they will have it.
