How to make it

  • Drain canned vegetables, chop fresh vegetables, place all in a medum sized bowl.
  • Heat sugar, vinegar and oil to boiling, stirring until sugar melts.
  • Pour over vegetables. Chill overnight.
  • Alternate Dressing recipe (makes it sweeter):
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
