cheesy creamy sauce

- 1 chicken bouillion cube shopping list
- about 3/4 cup of water shopping list
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp. basil (optional) shopping list
- 1 tsp. soul food seasoning (optional) shopping list
- 1 tsp. chicken seasoning (optional) shopping list
- 1 tsp.salt (optional) shopping list
- 1 tsp. pepper (optional) shopping list
- 2 tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 cup of milk shopping list
- about 2 1/2 tbsp. of flour or enough to gradually thicken shopping list
- 1-3 slices of a preferred cheese shopping list
How to make it
- put about 3/4 cup of water in a pot, bring to a boil, add the chicken bouillion cube and let dissol, then add the olive oil
- add the basil, soul food seasoning, chicken seasoning, the salt and the pepper and stir
- then add the 2 tbsp. of butter and let melt
- add the cup of milk and blend in
- after stirring very gradually add the flour and continue to stir while adding...after you have added all the flour, stir consistently until it thickens
- upon thickening add the preferred cheese of your choice and let melt
- if mixture is too thick and more milk
- if mixture is too soupy gradually add more flour
- cook until it has all blended and melted....about 10/15 minutes
