Chile cheese tomatoes

- 3 large tomatoes, peeled shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste, 1/4-1/2 teaspoon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1-2 tablespoons diced, canned green chiles shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cut each tomato horizontally into thick slices.
- Gently squeeze out some of the seeds.
- Arrange tomatoes on the rack of a broiler pan.
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, onions and chiles.
- Spoon chile mixture evenly over tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Broil about 4-inches from heat until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve.
